- Dates: Check-in Saturday, Aug 16th, 2025, Check-out Saturday, Aug 23rd, 2025.
- Transportation will be provided between the Santiago Airport and Portillo. 9:30 AM Departure Saturday, Aug 16th.
- We will ski for 6-7 days, train gates, have fun after ski activities, rub shoulders with national teams, and much more.

- This camp covers transportation to and from Santiago airport, lodging, food (3 meals a day + snack), lift tickets at Portillo, gate training, coaching, and apres-ski activities.

- U12 athletes must be accompanied by a parent; U14 eligible for team travel on a case-by-case basis (please discuss with Chris); U16+ eligible to travel with the team.
The total trip cost will depend on which type of accommodations the athlete and/or family choose in Portillo. All athletes traveling with the team will stay in the Inca Lodge (see pricing below). Room rates are listed below and are per person per week. The room cost includes lodging, lift tickets, all meals, and access to the Portillo facilities (e.g., pool, hot tubs, sauna, gym, etc..). Room rates do not include a tip for the staff or additional food and beverage purchases (e.g., alcoholic beverages for those 21+).
Portillo provides everything—you must bring your ski gear, swimsuit, and personal items. The area is fairly remote, and there are no nearby shops or amenities, but the hotel is self-sufficient—think cruise ship in the Andes. If you forget something, there is a gift shop with basic personal items. They also rent skis and boots and have a clinic staffed by medical professionals. Camp Costs:
- Round trip transportation from Santiago Airport to Portillo: $200/person
- Coaching & Gates for 7 days: $600/person
- Lodging/meals/lift tickets for the week:
- Inca Lodge: $1700 – $2100 depending on occupancy
- All athletes traveling with the team will stay in the Inca Lodge
- Inca Lodge: $1700 – $2100 depending on occupancy
Families traveling together may choose to stay in the Inca Lodge, Octagon Lodge, or the hotel. Additional prices per person are listed below.
- Octagon Lodge: $2750 – $3600 depending on occupancy
- Hotel: $4800 – $7150 depending on occupancy and view. Lake View is more money.
Lodging Description
- Inca Lodge: Bunk-style private rooms for up to 4 people. Athletes will be roomed with people of the same gender. Shared men’s and women’s bathrooms. All meals are in the cafeteria, not in the hotel dining room.
- Octagon Lodge: Bunk-style private rooms for up to 4 people with attached bathroom. All meals are in the main hotel dining room.
- Hotel: Private hotel rooms with a bathroom. Lake view rooms, balcony rooms, and larger family rooms are available. All meals are in the main hotel dining room.
